Ayn Rand’s novella, “Anthem” belongs to which literary genre? Somewhere I have read it as a fantasy, and somewhere else as dystopia, which exactly genre is it?

Anthem is undoubtedly dystopian literature, which is about a nightmarish society and everything is bad there. It is just like 1984, The Giver and Brave New World.
It is also philosophical literature, which illustrates and promotes author’s own philosophical egoism and analysis of all types of collectivism.
Finally, Anthem is called as a satire. Its collectivistic society may be horrifying, however it is equally self-contradictory and looks ridiculous.
