I don’t understand figurative language! I know the types and I can answer them correctly but when they ask directly “Which one of these examples are figurative language?” I can’t answer! Help!

It means to use figures of speech in language. For example, you walk at snail’s pace. Here it means that you walk like a snail or very slow. This is a metaphor that is a type of figure of speech.
