Read your chiasmus article — which suggested that putting the same words to use in the second clause would be more antimetabolic. Still left wondering, what would this example be: “It’s not that artificial things are becoming intelligent, but that intelligent things are becoming artificial.”

It is the same. As the word order is reversed, it is chaismus.
