Is this an example of anadiplosis or anaphora?

In Othello, Iago says “I am not what I am”

I was wondering whether this is anadiplosis or anaphora?

Or does anadiplosis have to have punctuation separating the clauses?

Thanks so much!

It is none of these. It is actually epanalepsis that means to repeat the initial part of the clause or sentence at the end of it. See that “I am not what I am” repeats “I am” at the end.
