One of the best things that made this book successful is the ability of its author to keep his balance while conveying didactic message about Christianity and spirituality with cheerful tone. Many times, he could have conveyed his moral message clearly, nevertheless, he present it in an amusing and silly manner. His description about pleasant things like beautiful nature or tasty meals—makes the readers to anticipate for Mr. Tumnus and Lucy together, have tea, and walk through countryside of Narnia. Therefore, due to such lovely evocations, the readers are willing to consider about ethics and morals that Lewis tries to put forward.
