What technique is in this quote?

I’ve been trying for a while now, but I just can’t find out the figurative language used in this quote from “To Kill a Mockingbird.” The quote is:

“She was never bored, and given the slightest chance she would exercise her royal prerogative: she would arrange, advise, caution, and warn.”

Does anyone know what was used in this?

The use of “she would” twice is called anaphora.
