Socratic seminars are fantastic! I hosted one in my classroom this year for my students to discuss To Kill a Mockingbird. My advice is, make sure you are prepared! Answer any discussion questions your teacher assigns beforehand, including references to what textual evidence you need to support your answers. Good luck! Have fun!
