Othello says “Put out the light, and then put out the light.” there’s a double meaning as he means he will kill his wife as well as turn off the light. What is this technique called?

He also says “This sorrow’s heavenly”. is this an oxymoron?

Thank you!

The first one is antanaclassis in which a word or a phrase is repeated with different meanings. The second is not an oxymoron as they are not contradictory term.
